Evaluate for suspected thyrotoxicosis

•Assess symptoms: palpitations, weight loss, heat intolerance, tremor, anxiety, weakness
•Examine: heart rate, goiter, eye signs, tremor, skin changes
•Assess severity: is this thyroid storm? (Burch-Wartofsky score)
