Evaluate thyroid nodule

•History: duration, growth rate, compressive symptoms, voice changes
•Risk factors: radiation exposure, family history of thyroid cancer, age <20 or >60
•Examination: nodule characteristics, cervical lymph nodes, vocal cord function
•FIRST STEP: Check TSH before ultrasound
